Body shop recommendations in Hamilton area

Hi guys, I have two older Audis and they are both in need of some body work and some painting. Any recommendations in the Oakville/Burlington/Hamilton area? would prefer a small operation or one man show but it must be familiar with Audi and VWs. I am not looking for high end restauration.
