Default 2005 A8 MMI problem after battery was boosted

Recently, the battery of our family car (2005 A8 4.2 ) went dead. After boosting the battery, we have been experiencing a couple of problems:

1) The air suspension setting screen does not appear on the MMI screen when the car button is pressed. Only a few other options are shown.

2) Bluetooth connects fine but doesnt show any information about any incoming or outgoing calls, as well no audio can be heard from the speakers through bluetooth. The car is also equipped with Onstar, but that doesn't work anymore either.

3) The settings for the rear sun shade are also missing from the MMI car menu. the button on the dash to retract the sunshade also does not respond.

4) The parking sensors also do not appear to beep anymore like they did before. The setting for this one is also missing from the MMI. The green led on the button to disable/enable the acoustic parking system however, flashes when the car is put in reverse.

Any suggestions on how to fix these Issues? Went to an Audi dealer, paid a $300 diagnostic fee and the mechanic says he " has not seen this issue before".

Thanks.
