SIRIUS Radio
Try giving selective sound a call, they're near Toronto .
Davis is the guys name, he should be able to help you.

Spoke to Selective Sound, nice people.. however they tried their best to discourage me saying that its not practical and that cost will skyrocket!!
(Guess they wanted me to buy a Aftermarket Nav unit from them)
Made me want the stock unit even more now.
Ended up buying RNS-E from Germany(US Spec), Sirius Sat tuner on EEbay and Submarine Roof Antenna from Dealer in Toronto.
Installation was a blast Loved it loved it loved it!!!
Took a full day and plenty of cross referencing on-line but the results are
outstanding.
If you are Technically savvy and love tinkering you will love this project and end results too. What saddens me the most is that the Guys across the border are soo much more adventurous and resourceful compared to the guys North of the border. Suffice to say all info collected was from the US Based Web Forums.
Please, Please, keep your car stock..don't butcher that handsome dash with a Double Din monstrosity!!
The RNS-E is a State of Art unit with excellent features, My favorite being the His and Hers double SD Card slot (behind the LCD Screen) that does away with unsightly wires going to Ipods and MP3s. SAT NAV is very quick to calculate your route and the colours work well with the rest of the dash.
It has Bluetooth capability for hands free calling and can be linked up to a DVD Player or TV Tuner.
I managed to keep the cost to just under $2000 and had nothing but good experiences dealing with people selling second hand parts.
Please ask and I will be more than glad to share my experience with you.
Regards

Awesome, can you post up pics of the unit that you installed?
I'm looking to replace my radio setup soon and still don't know if i'll go aftermarket or not but thats a story for another day.

I think i'll probably just be going with an aftermarket stereo that allows MP3 player integration cause I dont' really have any need for a nav at least right now.
Give the NAVplus.us - Navigation forum | MMI | RNS-E site a look before deciding.. might be a great winter project!
What do you drive?

Not a winter project as i'm gonna be pretty busy but once the summer tires are back on I think it'll be time for a radio or nav setup.
