Bubble in new 20” tire

Hey everyone,
I noticed a bubble in my 20” tire. I purchased a brand new 2019 TTS. I have only had this vehicle for about 40 days, which means that my tires are brand new also. I already have a bubble- in a new tire! I don’t even have 1000km on it yet. I just noticed it by chance. I don’t recall hitting any pot hole or anything. The dealer said that there is no warranty on it. They are Pirelli tires. They offered me the option to either purchase an extended warranty for wheels & tires (since it’s less than 60 days in & it would cover this tire), or just purchase another tire for about $950. They said bubbles are common with 20” tire, so basically it could happen very often. I am so disappointed and discouraged since I live in a city known for it’s pot holes. I would really just like to switch it up to regular 18” rims and tires. Do you think that it’s possible on a TTS? I don’t care about the difference in the look.., I just don’t want to have to deal with 20” tire bubbles. FYI I didn’t want 20” tires in the first place, that was the only model that they had in stock at the time, so I just ended up with it 😫.
