Scratched Audi S4 Mag/RIM
 

I scratched my RIM/Mag against the sidewalk on my new 2010 AUDI S4. The side walk curved and I did not see it. It is killing me!!!

The scratch seems to be pretty deep and about 6 inches long.

Besides changing the entire RIM which I do not want to do or have the money to do, what can I do?

Can something like this be repaired back to its normal status?

Any information would be truly appreciated

Yes it can be repaired, depending on the depth of the scratch, but I am sure there are some local guys that repair rims. Might run you $100 or so

Sucks ! How about swapping with your spare ? P. Jacques Wheel Repair (Mtl area) does a fantastic job and will charge between $100. and $150. to repair depending on the amount of work. Call them: (800) 665-5577

Switching with the spare is a great idea. Who ever looks at his spare :)

But it can be fixed for around $100. Been there, done that, bought the T-Shirt.
