Replacing water pump & belts?

Replacing water pump & belts?
My only engine mod. is an APR chip...it is safe to say that @80,000 I need to replace my water pump, serpentine and timing belts...any advise on other stuff to replace while my front is chopped up?...or little upgrades that are inexpensive for the most part that give extra HP?
