Opinions needed, B6 or B7 S4?
 

I am looking into trading in my E46 M3 for an S4 (I need a more "daily driver", especially for the winters), I can't decide which year to go with.

I really like the styling of the B7, the front grill really grows on me, but I am sure I can pick up a B6 for less then the B7 without much difference in the KMs.

Is either one any better then the other? If price and the KM were the same in both would you automatically go with the B7 for the simple fact that it's newer? The factory warrenty is also a consideration I guess as well.

I personally own a B6 A4 and i like the styling but if I had a choice I want to get the B7. Overall to me it is newer. On the S4 side as what I am looking into purchesing as well the exhaust is a dual exhaust vs the b6 being a single and that gives the car a great look IMO and the styling of the front not to mention the adaptable corner swinging bixenons :) awesome IMO

I understand the exhaust is a bit nicer sounding in the B7 although I haven't been able to compare. Some real handling benefits from 40F/60R bias of power and beefier RS4 rear sway bar make it worthwhile tho ...
