Filled up with 68.1L.
Anyone else run the tank that dry?
(hey this was the day before gas prices went up, every station had a lineup!!)

 

Usually never run it that dry.

I don't know about everybody else but the gas prices are deadly these days. Started to really plan trips and routes now.

Its over $80 to fill it up and that lasts a week if i'm lucky.

 

$80 for a fill up???? Amateur. Mine has been over $100! Figure it out, a 90 L tank, usually I fill up most about 70 - 75 litres and use only 94 octane @ about $1.40, so there goes my lunch money for the week ;( A few years ago I needed 80 litres for fill up and paid about $1.50 for the 94 octane. Pump kicked out @ $100. Had to reset and start again for balance of fill up. $120 is my all time high for a fill up. Not happy about that. Waiting for an all electric A8

 

My dad (mechanic) tells me not to go lower then the red (1/4) as it works the fuel pump harder and lowers the life of it.

 

Best practice is to fill it up as soon as it hits half way.

Last week I got lazy got down to 0KM left, went pass it by about 10KM then got scared and filled up. But normally half way is my end.
