Homelink and those cool parking lights

I'm new to Audi and looking to buy a 2008 S4 Cabriolet. Is Homelink standard equipment ? (had it in a 2003 Chrysler Sebring convertible) Also, am wondering about those cool (are they LED?) parking lights. Would a 2008 have them or what year were they introduced? If they aren't on a 2008 can they be added on? Thanks
