B5 S4 Brakes and clutch

So I just changed my exhaust and suspension, and found that my clutch is starting to go and my brakes are at the end of their life. I was thinking of:

-changing to either an RS4 clutch or AWE stage 2 (either with a lightweight flywheel).
-Going to Hawk pads and slotted rotors.

Any suggestions? I think I will probably go with a stage 2 clutch, but for the brakes I am a little less certain. The big brake kits are big big bucks. Does anyone know of another alternative (like some older Porsche brakes etc...).

Thanks for your help.

PS the exhaust is a little louder than I would have liked (AWE Twin 2), and the suspension rocks (PSS9s), although now I know I need swaybars too (Hotchkis please).

I would leave the brakes as they are, just upgrade the pads and brake lines to some SS ones, unless you are tracking the car BBK is a cosmetic upgrade. Check with VAST performance for an amazing stage 2 kevlar clutch, mine holds my stage 3 A6 after countless launches and beatings.

Out of curiosity, are you using a light weight flywheel or OEM dual mass? And which PP?

Thanks for the advice. I changed the pads and rotors with Ceramic/zinc parts. I also used the SS lines. They squeek a bit, but otherwise, I now have plenty of brakes. I am going to look at changing the clutch in the spring.
