So I decided to purchase a 2005 S4 from someone I knew. The only issue was it had a cracked passenger side tail light.

Not knowing there were 2005 and 2005.5 versions of the S4, I tracked down a replacement tail light for a S4 of my year. But it turned out today, it doesnt fit! I looked around and found two different styles of S4 for 2005, but cannot seem to pinpoint which version my S4 is. I thought mine was a B6, but when I looked at the tail lights for the B6, they don't match my S4's tail lights... So then I looked at the B7... and some of those looked exactly like the B6's tail lights!

So I need some help! Can anyone tell me what 'version' of the 2005 S4 I have? Any direction from those in the know would be awesome, thank you.
