Hey so when I bought my car is came with 19" RS4 rims. Since winter tires are always a bitch to get in the winter I thought I'd work out some of the details now.

Currently in my trunk is this:


I was thinking about locating 4 more and picking up a new set of winter tires. Problem is I don't know anything about rims or tires; I have never had to buy rims before. I'm thinking here and or Kijiji is my best bet. They don't have to be the same as this one but if I buy 4 of another one I'm kinda stuck with the odd man out.

Questions:
1. What hole pattern is this/do I need?
2. I have heard about issues with tire pressure sensors, two types being "With ABS TPMS" and "With Valve Stem TPMS". I assume I should be able to visually tell which one I have? Does this effect my rim/tire selection?
3. What's the best winter tire for this car in your opinion?
4. If I get a flat on one of the 19" I have on now will I hurt anything putting on the 17" in the trunk? I assume they have the same outer diameter but I've heard you can't mix and match. What do they do on the RS4? The 19's are too wide to fit in the trunk spare spot.
5. Anyone know what this rim is?
6. Anyone have these or another set of Audi rims for sale?

Helps a bit only in that is seems there is no clear winner. Guess I'm just going by tire rack ratings. Anyone know anything about the rest?
