Not sure.. last I checked Audi wanted something like 1000+ for the parts kit. Installation not an issue..would do myself.

For what its worth, I paid approx. $250. for a class III Hidden Hitch (wiring harness not required and would have cost an extra $75.). Installation was included and no bumper cutting required.
