This box is awesome! unfortunately the girlfriends car has broken and with a son its impossible to fit everything in the trunk as it becomes less deep with this setup. The box will fit prefacelift and facelift B5's, the spare tire setup in both cars is different, this box was actually made for a facelift car, I have a 97 and it fits perfect still!

The little addition on the side is not included, the shelf or whatever. That is gone, I store my oil there now... haha

I also have some carpet that is stock color cut to cover everything for the ultimate stealth look when needed.

i live too far...im at mississauga, but i just did some searching on this. Does this setup remove the use of the rear speakers?

 

The odds are you'd want a new head unit and either run your speakers off the deck or a new amp. If you want to use you stock head unit and hook up the subs that is still possible as well.

Im planning on replacing my headunit in the future which is around $600 (pioneer avic710). I'm gonna do a double din conversion on my 99.5, and I've already gotten my double din cage and new A/C control unit at hand. Thing is, I dont know how soon i can drop $500 for this, cuz im purchasing rims which is next on my list. Gonna need to to some hard thinking on this....

 

I'll do $300 with no amp and your stock trunk carpet. Car just cost a fortune in repairs. Need the cash
