How about getting evidence and turning it over to the police (both local
& state), the FBI, and if sent thru the post office, the post master.

Vigilante justice like you suggest is illegal. Harassment, both
psychical, via mail & phone are illegal. Slander is as well.

Believe me Law Enforcement people love to bust child pornographers. They
like to stick them in jail with people who will do many bad things to them.
Possible even terminate them.

So call 911, and stop cross posting this to AACF.
