That would be no. If you want a more or less sensitive steering wheel then
you have to swap out the steering gear entirely. In certain applications (ie
Off road vehicles, racing vehicles), you can do this to suit your needs.
I've not come across this with Audi. People do race Audis though, so who's
to say. There's probably some aftermarket company who makes the parts.
