Insurance Repair Warranty Scam??? yI%c
I just found out at www.claimsreporter.com that apparently most Insurance company policies require the use of certified factory parts for collision repairs. They also said that most repairs have no warranty unless issued by the repair service and not the Insurance company! Does anyone know if and who is reponsible for a bad repair job that needs to reworked?

WOW
I thought if you go to one of the repair centers recommended by your insurance co and they pay..............the warranty on the workmanship is for life by your ins. co. Kinda like a bully that threatens to take your lunch money away if you don't do what they say! lol But that www.claimsreporter.com does say some disturbing things. :-( What to do????
