Peter, If you still pick up this post..Checked VAG_COM,the code shows
000201,but when i ran fault find,it showed a fault with front speakers,so
i cleared it.(This is with my original H/U,should i retry the Bose
H/U,without changing the 00201 code?

Err... that code is stored in the H/U itself. The new unit needs to be
coded up the same as the old one. It is that code which makes it a
'Bose' or 'non-Bose' unit. What code do you get with the new H/U
installed?
If the speaker fault went away after you cleared the fault code, I'd
guess that it was reporting it as an intermittent fault - probably
because the H/U had been powered up with the speakers not attached.
Again, this fault code is stored within the H/U.
