Audi 80 2.6 1994 Instrumental Panel Removable

Some of the bulbs need replacing.
Steering column has air bag fitted.
Can anyone give me advise on the correct removable
procedure re air bag non deployment and cluster removal.
This is an Australian model.
Much appreciated.
