airbag dashlight
 

Hi,
The red dashboard light "airbag" is on. Dealer says the control box has to
be replaced and the cost is enormous. Has someone ideas?

Car? type, model, make, age? if its never been in a crash and the control
module has gone, then maybe Audi can help pay the cost, as I have heard of
out of warranty claims before on Airbag control modules.

Speak to your local dealer about why it has happened.

Otherwise try a scrap yard, but beware the airbag is there to save your
life, fitting a new one is the best option...
