Unlikely that a couputer update at the dealer will help this.

More likely, they will actually need to think on their own.

The problem is probably a poor ground connection associated with the antenna
amplifier. Probably located in the 'C' pillar (by rear window).

At least on my older model, the radio can be coded for either local
reception, or for Dx (distant channels) to boost the reception range. Have
them check to see that it is set for Dx.
