1989 Audi 80 front bumper removal

I have a 1989 Audi 80TD and its bumper needs replacing.It will be replaced by one with fog lamps in it.BUT I have mislaid my haynes manual and am stuck wondering how to take off the bumpers from both cars so I can do the swap.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
