I'm trying to find a 2004-2005 A4 S-line or Ultrasport Quattro (aren't they all?) preferably in the Ottawa area.. You can still let me know if you have one out of town though. I would like manual tranny and sunroof.

I would say best bet is to use a place like kijiji or craigs list, or buysell etc.

Have you looked into importing? You save a lot more and get more bang for the buck but its a bit of a hassle to get everything done
