I have a 2011 Audi A3 Quattro S-Line for sale, in Other - Québec.

I am getting close to the end of my 1yr lease on a 2011 Scuba Blue, Audi A3 Quattro S-Line. It has less than 20k on it, garage kept, driven mostly on weekends interstate, and has the following options included:

Panoramic Skyroof
Bluetooth
BiXenon with LED running lights
S-Line Package

The reason I'm selling it is I am moving back to Australia in September and can't take it with me (wrong side for the steering wheel, and duties/taxes would eat me alive). You might wonder why I am selling it so cheap? I just don't want any hassles with people trying to ask for a lower price, afterall..the deal would go like this:

In July, my buy-out option would be less than 26k. So whoever wants to buy it, would pay me a deposit (my money) and accompany me to Audi Prestige where you give them a check or whatever (accomodation sale) and you give them the 26k and its yours taxes included. I have been paying $1222/month for this car.

There are no modifications, and the car currently has snow tires on it, but I will be heading off to the Burlington Audi to pick up my stock wheels soon which have VERY VERY little wear on them as I purchased the car in July.
