2004 Audi A6 - $??

Category: Clean Title
Status: Import

I have a 2004 Audi A6 for sale, in Toronto - GTA.

Mileage: 200000km
Engine Size: 4.2 V8

Asking price is $??

I wanted to put this post out as a feeler as I don't know exactly what to ask for if I decide to sell my Audi.

It's a 2004 A6 4.2 V8.

Silver on black leather interior.

It is in mint shape, everything works, no error codes, no rust at all.
All original, Tiptronic, only OEM fluids used.

Currently only have winters on the Fat Five OEM rims. Gotta buy summers/all seasons soon if I decide to keep it.

Since I have been unable to find any comparables in the marketplace, I was wondering what you guys think I should ask for it and if there would be any interest here.

Let me know what you think.

I'd love to post a price, but really don't have any comparables anywhere close to me to get a realistic asking price.

I guess if someone makes an offer, I'll then consider it.

I'm actually asking what these go for in today's market, as I really don't know.

Thanks.

Re: 2004 Audi A6 - $5000 OBO

Hi All,

So I have decided to sell the car.

I have a 2004 A6 4.2

It has 210,000 kms and is in pretty mint shape.

I do have the torque converter code on, but the car still drives as per normal.

Just did the timing belt, tensioners, thermostat, water pump, serpentine belt a few weeks back.
New all season Falken Ziex 950 A/S tires, also new winter tires.

New front brakes, (it will need rear brakes very soon), new plugs, new air filter, fresh oil change.
Only use OEM Audi parts for anything done on the car, only use Shell 91 gas, and only use Motul Synthetic oil.

Also, did a proper tranny flush with new filter kit about 2 months ago.

I'm looking to sell this as I may be able to get a great deal on a friend's Subaru or I might get back into a Jeep.

Seeing as the converter needs to be done (about a $1 K job) and it needs rear brakes (about $3-400 installed), I'm willing to let it go for $5000 or best reasonable offer.

You can reach me here, or preferably at frankthebread@rogers.com

The guys at MotorFabrik can also vouch for the condition of the vehicle.

Re: 2004 Audi A6 - $??

****Rear brakes will be done today, so car can be easily certified*****

Still keeping same asking price of $5000, but just a little less flexible now on price.

Thanks.
