1999 Audi A4 Quattro - $3000

I have a 1999 Audi A4 Quattro for sale, in Toronto - GTA.
Mileage: 194000km
Engine Size: 1.8T
Asking price is $3000
Bought a 2011 S4 and putting my old and faithful 1999 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro up for sale.
I am flexible with the price.
First the BAD stuff about the car
-----------------------------------------
1. The left rear wheel has a slight misalignment. This causes the car to pull towards the right a bit. It's not any concern during summers. But you will notice it when the roads are slippery.
2. Central Locking does not work - This is probably because there is a leak in the central locking lines. All the locks are manual until you can fix this. The central locking pump was replaced two years ago
3. The brake lights comes on and off occasionally. My mechanic checked the brakes and they are in good shape. He suspects a bad/loose sensor.
The Good Stuff

1. Timing belt changed in 2008 at 123000Km. 6 control arms in the front was replaced.. (2014)
2. Steering rack was rebuilt and an alignment was done on the front wheels. (2014)
3. ABS Module was replaced. (2013)
4. Rear brakes, rotors, calipers and pads were replaced. (2013)
5. Two of the power steering pressure hoses were replaced (2012, 2014)
6. Rear control arms, springs and suspensions were replaced. (2009)
7. Summer RIMS and Tires - 17 inch RS4 replica RIMS with two Nexen N7000 (235/45/17) and two Dunlop Sport
8. Winter RIMS and Tires - OEM RIMs with Continental winter tires (205/55/16). Will probably give you one more winter
9. Oil Changes were done every 8k to 10k with Either Motul or Total oil. Top ups were done using Royal Purple, LiguiMolly, Motul and the occasional Castrol 5w40.
10. I have all the repair and service receipts and records since my ownership.
All the work has been done by Charles Maxwell at Superior Transmission and the last Steering rack and alignment work was done by Independent Tuning.
11. E-Test was done this year.
Conditions of the Sale
1. CAR IS SOLD AS IS
2. Test drives will be allowed in a two block area around my house or in local roads around a reasonable location. No highway driving during test drive.
3. NO PART OUTS

When I did the front wheel alignment this year I was advised that for the age and value of the car I was recommended against fixing this issue as it would be more than the car.

My mechanic says this will be mostly labour as the the door panels has to be removed and the source of the leak traced and fixed or replaced. This could be any where from an hour to a few hours. If you are handy and mechanical I am sure you can do this.

I never asked what the cost of this would be, but I assume checking the loose cable and sensor and securing it or maybe replacing it. But the brakes themselves are in good condition.
Since I posted this add I have not seen the light come on.
