Q7 transmission trouble

Hello. I recently purchased a 2015 q7. Gas model.
The car started to have issues with less than 1,000 miles. While driving, if I have to accelerate quickly and then coast a bit, when reapplying throttle, the car stays in neutral for 10 seconds. It has now done that twice. It scares the day lights out of you on a busy highway. Both times I made sure that I didn't accidentally knock it into neutral or "s" mode.
Help......the dealer says it is not recording anything unusual when they hook it up to diagnostics.
I have never experienced this with any car.

After researching the web, some people have had similar issues and say its the transmission control module or the abs. They say the module is located under the passenger seat. Does anyone have a thought about this possible explanation?

I haven't heard that someone had a similar problem. Maybe it's not transmission about, maybe is something else?
