bluetooth with BBerry Bold

My dealer says the new BlackBerry Bold is incompatible with the 2012 A7. I connect it via Blue Tooth but all screens are frozen after connection. Can anyone help?

Yous should also put this post on the A8 and A6 section of the forum. A8, A6 and 2014 A5/A5 all use the same MMI version. You might recieve better responses.

update your device's system software to the latest version. Not the car, but the blackberry.

I have had a few problems with bluetooth and Audi and mobile phones, but a phone software update seems to always cure them (as the hardware company's software developers are always addressing these problems/bugs in revisions)
