it seems like no one really knows - I called a few dealership but "follow the door fregging sign" and i was like what is it?

Check the tire pressure chart by the "B" post below the belt line.

The numbers on the door are the maximum tire pressure. The user manual specifies the correct tire pressure for the anticipated load.
