Engine Concerns/Too Much Oil

Car: 2010 Audi A5
Engine swapped to same engine from a 2016 A4 with brand new upgraded pistons/rings.

Everything was going fine after I did the post-swap oil change because it was a dry engine before, but then after 1200km, "Please Drain Oil" message came up.

No symptoms of too much oil from what I've been able to see. No smoke from engine or exhaust, no smell oil or fuel, no foam on dipstick. I bought the dipstick after that message came up.

What was found on dipstick

What OBD11 said is my oil level cold. Oil level goes down to around 82mm while driving.

If the car has been running smooth and no signs of over fill, apart from dipstick and the message, should I still be stressed out?

Yes I brought it back to the mechanic to drain it and put it at the proper level, but I've been driving about 1200-1400km at this oil level. I gave it the beans a few times in the span of 2 weeks before seeing the message. It said Oil Level OK for the first 2 weeks/1200km. Fuel dilution unlikely because I drive quite a ways away for work
