Why Audi so expensive
 

My friend may sell me his audi a4 2010.

I like the look of the car. But why are they so expansive ? Some people say they are very reliable if you do the maintenance. But many website say they are not reliable...

And some cheap car offer rear camera and GPS while the one I may get does not have it.

So why pay a prime for an A4 compared to a G37 as an example?

I have an A4 so I'd like to help, but I don't know what you mean by "expensive". Your post fails to mention what your friend is pricing his ride at.

take an Audi out for a longer than normal test drive, say 20 to 30 mins. take time to touch the dash, and take a look at the details. once you've done that, come back and tell us what you think.
cars are not "soul-ly" (intentional) about features and msrp. if that was the case Hyundai and Kia would be the only cars on the road.

All depends on weather and from where wind is blowing.
When peoples talking with Toyota owners no one complain for high service cost
When BMW Audi Mercedes all are tiffs where total average service cost is same to all of them.

Labor is standard of auto industry and going with job number to have rights charge max

Toyota Corolla owner typical lady or single mother
Driving to the office or with kids for shopping very slow and very short distance
Here expectation or understanding means of performance and sharp curves not existing

With German cars every Joe is talking how he push or how he race his baby ha ha ha

This is the main problem what can have different image for every one
Plus Germans are the biggies rippers we have to know.

From world reports Audi is the most reliable vehicle and lowest maintenance cost
comparing to BMW Mercedes and very expensive Jaguar.
I seen usa price for engine oil filter BMW Mercedes - simple paper element 3$ cost sold from dealer 25$ up 40$
This is business ripoff industry.
For that reason oil change for German cars is about 200$ up 500$ where Toyota Corolla 100$
