Here's my first post on this forum. Hopefully someone will find the info useful and save themselves the hassle.

In spite of the fact that Bosch's own parts finder tool indicates that this blade (OE series, see bottom-left corner of the image) is compatible with 2014 Audi A4 sedan (purchased in Canada), this is in fact not true.

Here's why, in pictures and words.

Sorry if I'm using incorrect terminology, but the photo should provide total clarity on what I mean. I will call the 2 parts shown on white background "rockers", while the portion of the blade shown with yellow circle will be called "rocker base".

So, if you look at the two rockers, compare the rail marked A1 with the one marked A2. Notice that A2 is much longer. The consequence is that A2 will be blocked by the tongues on the wiper arm (marked C1 and C2), so you will not be able to insert it all the way.

The second problem is the rocker base. Its width (Arrow #1) is about 2 mm greater than the width between the tongues on the wiper arm (Arrow #2). So, you simply cannot insert the blade into the wiper arm receptacle.

Now, if you have a Dremel or similar tool, it takes about an hour to modify the rockers and the base, but that's not the point.
