I have an A3 2013 Sportback. Looking for a great media system with the best navigation system.

Audi Rns-e from the dealer: 1,700$

Aftermarket: 400-800.

My question is, what is the best choice?
Do any incorporate Waze? or Apple car play?
Does the wifi compatibility tether from my phone or I have to get some weird wifi contraption.
