2008 A3 throttle frozen

I'm having problems with my throttle body freezing up on me in my 08 A3. It's been -20'C in Ontario for a week. Only have issues first thing in the morning. Starts fine but goes into limp mode because the throttle can't move. I get a P2101 code.
I took the thottle body off last week and noticed some water droplets and milky oil. Clean it up and sprayed it with some carb cleaner. Put it back in and it worked fine. Engine lights went off too.
Once it warms up a bit the car runs fine. Any ideas on where this moisture and oil could be coming from?

just a condensate with some oil from the intake system, cuz u know it's -20 outside and ur car is just a big full metal fridge, such things are pretty normal, try to keep ur car somewhere on the covered parking lot or just find a warmer place for it)
