2012 A6 folding mirrors

If they don't fold is there a trick to get them working??/:confused:

There could be debris stuck where the mechanism is. You can turn the mirror knob left of the wheel past the left/right mirror image down to the bottom and it should reset. I've had mine act up(not fully unfold) and had to twist the knob back and forth until it fully opened and closed. If it persists, go see your dealer to see if they can fix it.
