Calling A6 Owners...

Re: Calling A6 Owners...
Just picked up a '97 A6 Quattro Avant with 137,000km. (auto)
It passed the E-Test and it's going in for safety tomorrow.
I've had to replace the front flex lines and the left front hub bearing. The Bose radio doesn't work and I believe it is simply pooched. The sub-woofer emits crackling sounds and the display doesn't work. I've had to splice in a toggle switch for the reverse lamps (can't find a switch at a decent price). The third brake had evry little bulb blown, and I traced that to a shorted wire in the harness that goes to the hatch.
Let the games begin!

Re: Calling A6 Owners...
Thanks! I believe these rims are called BBS Speedlines. I have them on stock 19". The same goes with the suspension. Its stock but I've read somewhere that S-line suspension sits lower compared to non s-lines. I'm planning to lowering it a bit with KWs next year to make the wheels pop out a bit more.
