Anyone out there have problems with their gas indicator? Mine goes from only going up to 3/4 when filled and then is accurate to empty on the way down or it flips inconsistently to showing full when filled and only going down to 1/2 way when on empty! I have got the dealership to look at it and they recommended replacing the two floats in the tank..for a cost of $800. For that price I have reverted to using my trip odometer and filling up around 550km's.

Not sure if this is a common problem or not and if so has anyone got a low cost resolution to fixing it?
