winter tire + size ?
I am getting a 2004 A6 in the next few days. Car comes with 255/40/17 summer tires. I have a like new set of winters i would like to put on, but they are 225/60/16. That is 6.3% taller.
Would these fit? Any issue to have taller tires over stock size? I don't have 16" wheels, so can someone recommend an offset that would allow these to work?
If not I'll sell these tires and buy the correct size, but I'd rather run these if I can.
