Key adaptation

Hello to all,

i have a problem with key adapt.I tried all for this but nothing.When i connect vagcom and go to central locks-adaptation.channel 21 key count is - (N/A) and i can't change value to 1 or 2 or 3.Remains on 0.

suggestion?
