Question Battery drain

I have a 2002 A6 i have had an issue with the battery drain overnight, did some trouble shooting an found out it was the stereo putting a big drain on the system. Removed the fuse for the stereo and i do not lose the batterypower over night.
Has anybody out there ran into this problem and what was the fix.

Thanks in advance Jim
