yellow oil sensor light in and out
I could use some help please. I have a 2001 audi a6 quatro. The yellow oil sensor light comes in and out. What do I need to replace on the vehicle to clear this alarm.

Update:
I changed the pressure sensor located just above and to the right of the oil filter, yellow "oil can" with sensor light is still in.

I am unsure of how the sensor is wired, but I wonder if there could be a split or rub in the wire. Might have to trace the wire to see if it is damaged.
The other thing, might be obvious, but I'll ask. The oil is not low right?
