Hi,

So I took my fobs apart to look at the fcc numbers and they no longer work.

I put one in ignition got out closed the door manually locked the door with key.

I hit the unlock button then unlocked and locked the door manually with key. took key out of the ignition and it worked.

Tried it with second key and it worked but erases the 1st key.

So I can only program 1 key fob.

I must add I just tinted the windows so I can't roll down my windows for a few days , In case I need to do it that way.

Anyone know how to program 2 fobs to work ? They both worked before I took the battery out.


2nd Question is how do I program the fobs to the seat memory ? So my wives key goes to her setting and my key to my setting ?

Its a 2004 A6 C5
