I am new here i was just looking for your help guys ..thanks

so i have a 2001 ... Audi a6 2.7t and its mileage is like 120k

so the problem i am having from it is i am not getting enough pickup from it .. I hit the paddle but it doest respond too good .. And the acceleration is not too much .. And also my mileage its giving me is like 9 - 10 mpg in city .. That is ridiculous if some one can help me mod this thing and tell me what to change to get my good pickup from this audi and to get more mileage as i jsut changed all four of the sensors .. And still .. Please let me know guys .. Would it make sense to put apr kit on such a old car .. And how should i mod it to get good nice pick up from it with nice horsepower and torque as i like to race here in new york ;)

Re: Audi a6 2.7t

Sounds like you might have a torn Throttle body boot. The boot is attached to the throttle body which is located under the forward engine cover which has "V6 BiTurbo" written on it.

You will have to remove the boot from the throttle body to properly examine if the boot is torn, usually they tear under the clamps. Hope this helps.
