99 avant rear seat latch
 

please forgive my double-post - i believe i posted in c4 by mistake:oops:

the plastic toggle to release the rear passenger seat latch has snapped off with the seat in upright position. is there any way to release the latch to lower the seat? i've pulled the broken piece out and may be able to get a tool in there to push it manually.. but don't want to cause more damage!
