I am the original and only owner of a 1998 A6 Quattro. A couple of months ago the temperature display for the climate control system started to flash on and off at start up for about 3 minutes. After that it stays on. The heating/air conditioning seems to be working fine.

Has anyone any experience with this problem? It's just an annoyance for now, but maybe it will develop into something worse?
