Default HELP!!!!! 95 A6 wont shift into overdrive

i just picked up a 95 a6 with high miles. on the higway it wont shift into overdrive. at 75mph its reving at 3,700 and wont shift up. any ideas?? any help would be great please email me at wheresyourmoney@hotmail.com

I recently "reset to factory default" the car computer and worked nicely for CAD20.00 +Tax

try to take off the battery and leave it for a few hours, after you reset the ecu...
