Oil consumption test
Hey Everyone,
I really need to know this if someone have the answers that be helpful.
i just recently got my first audi. 2011 A4 2.0T and I love it lol.
but the main problem i notice is that this car eats alot of oil!??!?!
So i took it at the dealer right now were currently doing an oil consumption test.
they topped it up and advise to come back when i hit the 1000kms trip.
right now I hit 550kms trip and its already at HALF?!?!(WTF) by the time i hit that 1000kms trip ill probably be empty or close to it.
so i guess my question is how much oil does this car usually suppose to burn before the time of oil change?.
Clearly there's a problem, i just dont want to go the dealer and then tell me thats normal and they dont do anything about it esp its still under warranty.

Big respect to Pfaff Audi of Vaughan
So here's an update with my situations I called the Pfaff Audi in Vaughn I was told they were really good with there mechanics and with there consumer so explained the situation what Mississauga of Audi is doing Pfaff advised me to cancel and bring it in to them and they will replace all the problems especially its still under warranty and because these models from 09-12 A4 models are well known for that problem.
So I made the appointment hopefully everything will be fixed I'll keep you all posted but if your having the same problem I recommend to talk to Pfaff they know there sh×t

Re: Oil consumption test
Nothing, My Mechanic where i bought the car from, Audi of mississauga advised him to Top it up and record the millage and ask me to drive it until it hit 1000kms trip and bring it back to him and then he will call audi of mississauga they didnt even want to see me.
im really not impress with them right now.
First time i called them they just said to fill it up your self and record and call them??? even though i told them its under warranty.. didnt even ask for my VIN number to check the history.

Re: Oil consumption test
Right now my trip is at 1500 and the level was 10% my appointment is next week at Pfaff Audi, I'm afraid by that time it will be empty, so i called them they advised me its okay to fill it up it won't affect the appointments I have.
So I'm really hoping they fix this problem.
