As the title...anyone had the similar experience?
I had did everything that I know of to set the positions of the seat but it only remember the mirrors positions, not the seat...I had searched all over and yet to find anything that related to my issue. Hope one of the Audi people here can lend a helping hand...

check and make sure your set memory button off does not have the light on. seat memory does not work if that button is pressed and the light is on

Yes, I had read the manual more than twice...and did with and without the stop button engaged..the seat just wont do a thing. I mean everything else works fine....

i have an 02 a4 and mine did exactly the same thing it would only remember the mirror setting.
had to replace the entire seat memory control module and a lot of wiring in the door.
mine was fixed under warrenty ,i dont know how much it was but thinking it was not cheap.

one thing to check is make sure it is all plugged in under the seat lift the seat up as far as it will go and make sure all the plugs are in fully.

Ah..thats what I was worry...about the wiring problem..I had lifted the seat all the way up and just looked at it saw two wire harness plugs (I think)I pushed them a little they seems plugged in alright. I am going to play around the plugs a little then see what happen.

as we all know it.. none of these issue will ever come cheap.

Did you ever try to take off the door panel?

no i never had the door panel off it was all done at the dealer i think there some of the wiring is in the pillar that seperates the front and rear door.

First thing to try is to reset everything.

Disconnect battery and then touch + and - cables together to ensure it is completely discharged.

This fixed the homelink and seat issue we were having on my wifes car
