Fitment???

Re: Fitment???
Both OEM 8Jx18 wheels I have a listing for have a 40 offset. Two of the OEM 7.5Jx17's have a 45 offset and one has a 36 offset. (#8E9 071 492) The 2 7Jx16 have a 42 offset. You might get away with it, depending on your tire width.

Re: Fitment???
According to this calculator you will be fine as far as size is concerned. Put in your current size and the new size and it will calculate the differences.
Tire size calculator
It's an odd size but according to Falken's website they will fit a rim from 7 to 8.5 in width so I guess you are good to go.
You will probably have to change the tire pressure to get the correct load factor for your car. See post 6 in this thread:

Re: Fitment???
I just had a look at page A7 & A8 of the Toyo chart referenced in the previous post. I would doubt that those 215/35/19 tires will be usable on your A4. The load rating is really low. ie you will probably blow the sidewall if you put any load on it, like hard cornering at higher speed.
Check the rating on the ones you are buying.
