Looking at getting my wife a new 2013 A4 Premium Plus S-Line. What kind of dealer discount can I expect? They offered me a $1,000 of MSRP which I thought was insulting. Maybe I am expecting too much??I am a return customer. Niagara thru Mississauga area.

i would think they would have some more room to help out or offer a better value on trade in perhaps to keep payments down.

I traded my A4 07 in december for a A4 2012 and got 5,000 off and good trade in value on my 07. was very happy. dealt with Tom at Hamilton Audi/VW both times.

They should give you a better discount. They start paying Audi corporate about 30 days after they receive the car. So, if they can sell the car in that period, it hasn't cost them anything, and has a higher profit margin.

I looked at a service called unhaggle.com. Didn't end up using it when I got my P+ 2013 A4, but I did get the free cost report from them.

The LOYALTY BONUS/FACTORY TO CONSUMER REBATE is an after tax incentive that applies to current owners. Family members living at the same household also qualify) of a 2005 or newer Audi model that Purchase or Finance or Lease a NEW eligible Audi. And that gets you $500 off MRSP alone.

I would try another dealership if they only offer $1k off MRSP.
